Texas Flood Lyrics
Texas Flood Song Lyrics
Well, it's floodin' down in Texas
All of the telephone lines are down
Well, it's floodin' down in Texas
All of the telephone lines are down
Well, I've been tryin' to call my baby
Lord and I can't get a single sound
Well, dark clouds are rollin'
Man and I'm standin' out in the rain
Well, dark clouds are rollin'
Man and I'm standin' out in the rain
Well, flood water keeps rollin'
Man and it's about to drive poor Stevie Ray insane
Well, I'm leavin' you, baby
Lord and I'm goin' back home to stay
Well, I'm leavin' you, baby
Lord and I'm goin' back home to stay
Well, back home there's no floods or tornadoes
Baby, my sun shines every day

Well rock, where lots of the notes of a guitar and a fewer of voice. The main theme was created by an electric guitar, which is as if crying in the hands of a skilled artist. Voice is slightly drunk, as if the singer had just woken up and brought to the scene to do the job. It is possible that this record, which is presented here on the site, was shot on some of the concerts in a small club for 50-100 people.
